ConfexLive has been built to integrate seamlessly into your event workflow and production processes. We take care of all the heavy-lifting, and we have developed an implementation methodology that requires minimal involvement from the organiser.
Message4Leads (pre-event): We provide keywords and QR codes that enable prospects to sign up for conference alerts or to request additional information. These keywords/QR codes should be included in marketing material, and provide another channel for prospects to engage with the organiser. Keywords/QR codes direct users to a mobi-site where they are asked to complete a brief survey, prior to being directed to the event website. In the case of text keyword sign-up, it is not necessary for the prospect to access the survey – the lead becomes reachable as soon as they respond via text message. These leads can be passed to the sales team for follow up. All data from this lead source is accessible through the ConfexLive portal.
Message2All (pre-event): Organisers build an opt-in database that can be used before the event for event marketing. The database source is generally Message4Leads, as well as previous delegates, visitors, speakers, exhibitors who would have signed up to receive conference alerts at previous events. Messages can be scheduled for automatic delivery, and can include special discounts, reminders, alerts. Additionally all outbound messages scheduled in this way can be distributed via the event Twitter, Facebook and Linked-in accounts.
Message2All (on-site): Organisers encourage all delegates, visitors, exhibitors to sign up for conference alerts at registration or by texting a keyword to the Message2All service. Organisers can schedule any number of broadcast messages to all or groups of conference alert subscribers – including reminders for special events, reminders to provide feedback, sponsorship messages. Each outbound text message can include web-links to deliver additional information.
