Planning meetings
During this meetings we jointly define how ConfexLive is to be implemented – modules, session structure, ARS, screens, research questions, call-to-action, broadcast message plan, sponsorship inventory, appoint organiser liaison. The output is a detailed implementation plan for that specific event. This may go through one or more iterations before final sign-off, but should require no more than 4 hours of organisers time.
System setup and configuration
During this time we set up all necessary keywords, generate QR codes, configure surveys, configure screen.
Initial training
Training covers viewing results, using the Message2Screen and Message2All systems.
Pre-event Review
This should be done close to the event. We reconfirm call-to-action deployment, broadcast message plan, and importantly train AV and organiser on how to use the Message2Screen system.
Monitoring
We monitor the system continually during the event, and are able to provide remote support should to help address any questions or problems.
