Help delegates to connect during the event with permission-based networking

Message2Meet provides a secure and quick way for delegates to make contact with each other without publishing personal information.

How it works

System setup:
Event organisers register delegates as usual but also request cellphone numbers. Each delegate is identified by means of a code on conference programmes, notice boards and delegate lists without revealing any contact details.

Delegate networking:
Enabling delegates to make contact with each other is a simple and quick three-step process:

• Send a text message with the code of the delegate you want to contact to a specified number along with any message;
• Your name, contact details and your message will be forwarded to the delegate you want to meet;
• If the delegate would like to make contact, you will receive their contact details in a reply text message. You can now communicate with each other as you please.

If the delegate does not want to meet you, they can decline your request.
