Message2Hunt helps drive traffic to participating exhibitor booths while at the same time creating a fun mobile activity for event attendees to participate in.
How it works
System setup:
Participating exhibitors in the treasure hunt select the appropriate categories for their products or services. They are also provided with a secret word/code that delegates must retrieve when visiting their booths.
Delegates:
Poster and cards are used to encourage participation on the show floor. Delegates join the “hunt” by texting a keyword to a short code. They will be asked to select their main area of interest based on the vendor categories.They then receive a series of text messages to visit participating booths and retrieve the secret words/codes from each. They need to text back each secret word/code before being directed to the next booth.
A range of prizes is offered to encourage participation as well as a grand prize for those delegates that successfully complete the “hunt”.
Results:
M2H enables the matching of potential buyers of products and services with vendors that supply those products and services in a fun way with prizes available to participants. Overall statistics are available to organisers to track participation rates and monitor progress.
