From when a seal is brought into inventory, to deployment in the field and ultimately to when it is destroyed, there is an auditable chain of custody, recording who in the organisation is currently in possession of and responsible for each and every seal. This ensures stricter controls are in place and limits losses that may occur due to inadequate management of the revenue protection process.
Key Elements
The Mobile Forms contain seal information, the ability to change the status of a seal and questions and/or data fields being collected during the installation process, and are accessed via links distributed to the field workers device. These links work on all ordinary cell phones, smart phones, tablets and PC’s that are on-line with internet connectivity.
The Web Portal is where seals are initially created and brought into stock, responsibility and possession is transferred to field workers and seals are received back into stock or marked as destroyed. The individual seal audit history is also available on the portal together with full reporting and analysis of the seal function.
