Implementation times typically range from 2 to 4 weeks including the design of any custom artwork. Training is usually conducted online but is available onsite if required


Touchwork offers its solutions on a stand-alone subscription basis or bundles them into packages based on client’s needs. Our enterprise licensing model enables unlimited access to the full Kinetica CX platform and solutions. Pricing typically comprises a once-off set-up/onboarding fee and an annual subscription fee to access and use the software.
