Partners and Associations

Better experiences take more than one organization.

We work alongside consultants, technology partners, purchasing programs, and industry associations that share our focus: helping teams understand what their customers experience and act on it. These are the organizations we partner with and the associations we support.

Our Partners

7 Point Solutions

7 Point Solutions gives front-line service staff, event services, building managers, A/V, catering, and custodial teams a shared, real-time view of meeting, event, and venue operations. Their mobile app is trusted by more than 140 colleges and universities and supports over 5,000 daily users.

Our two-way integration connects XOP Request with 7 Point Solutions. When someone submits a request, it appears directly in the 7 Point Solutions operational view, tagged to the specific room and reservation, not just sent as a text or email alert. Staff see the full event context at a glance and can resolve requests faster without switching between systems.

Edge Public

XOP is available through the Edge Public cooperative purchasing program awarded through the University of North Texas. Eligible colleges and universities can buy XOP through a competitively awarded cooperative contract instead of running their own full RFP. That means less time in procurement and a faster start.

Envision Strategies

Envision Strategies works with dining leaders across university campuses, healthcare systems, and corporate facilities. Their approach starts with understanding the people being served, then builds strategy around those insights, from operational assessments and supplier sourcing to long-term performance measurement through Envision360.

We share a common focus: using real-time feedback and operational data to help dining programs improve. Together, we help customers refine daily operations, choose the right suppliers, and build a roadmap for long-term growth.

Food Service Pride

Food Service Pride helps foodservice operators, manufacturers, and suppliers build stronger operations through the Pride Principle: partnerships, results, innovation, development, and empowerment. Their Fresh Eyes Reviews give organizations an expert outside look at what's working and where there's room to grow.

As a referral partner, Food Service Pride introduces operators and vendors to XOP, then provides consulting and coaching to help teams put it to work. Their focus on culture and alignment pairs naturally with the day-to-day visibility XOP gives teams.

RevenueVision

RevenueVision helps contract-driven organizations in higher education, athletics, airports, and auxiliary services bring financial and operational data into one view. Teams can see where revenue is being left on the table and where costs can come down.

Together, RevenueVision's financial dashboards and XOP's real-time feedback show how experience affects performance. That makes it easier to find the cause behind a trend and make decisions that improve both customer satisfaction and financial results.

Associations We Support

We're members and business partners of the associations that bring our customers' industries together.

ACI

Airports Council International (ACI) is the trade association of the world's airports. It represents airport operators globally and shares standards, research, and best practice on safety, operations, and the passenger experience, including through its Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program.

As an ACI member, we help airport teams capture passenger feedback at restrooms, gates, and concessions in real time and route each issue to the right team, so it gets fixed while travelers are still in the terminal.

ACUI

The Association of College Unions International (ACUI) brings together the professionals who run college unions and student activities. Its education, research, and events help campus teams build community and create spaces where students want to spend their time.

We help student union and campus life teams hear from students in real time and act on what they share, from dining and retail in the union to event spaces and facilities.

AHF

The Association for Healthcare Foodservice (AHF) is the national voice for self-operated foodservice in healthcare, senior dining, and hospitality. It gives directors, managers, chefs, and dietitians the network, education, and tools to run successful self-operated programs, including its Benchmarking Express performance platform.

As an AHF business partner, we help healthcare and senior dining teams hear from patients, residents, and guests in real time, so they can fix issues quickly and show the value their self-operated programs deliver.

CCUFSA

The Canadian College and University Food Service Association (CCUFSA) is the leading professional association for dining and hospitality professionals at Canadian colleges and universities. It connects campus dining leaders through research, benchmarking, education, and events focused on the challenges of feeding students across Canada.

As a CCUFSA member, we bring real-time feedback to Canadian campus dining teams, helping them understand what their students experience and respond quickly.

NACAS

The National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS) supports auxiliary services leaders across higher education, from dining and retail to housing and campus card programs. Its research, education, and events focus on the business side of campus life.

As a NACAS member, we support auxiliary services teams with real-time feedback and operational data across the many services they manage, so they can spot issues early and act before they affect the people they serve.

NACUFS

The National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) is the leading professional association for dining and hospitality professionals in higher education. It connects campus dining leaders through research, benchmarking, education, and events throughout the year.

As a NACUFS member, we work alongside campus dining teams to bring real-time feedback into the programs they run every day. In 2026, our Founder and CEO, Johann Leitner, received the NACUFS Daryl Van Hook Industry Award for his contributions to the collegiate dining community.

SHFM

The Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management (SHFM) is the professional association for corporate hospitality and workplace foodservice. It brings together operators, foodservice management companies, and suppliers through education, research, and events focused on serving people at work.

As an SHFM member, we help workplace dining and hospitality teams hear from employees and guests in real time, connect that feedback to operational audits, and show clients the value their programs deliver.
