When feedback arrives weeks late, the guest is long gone. When it arrives as scattered anecdotes, the loudest voice wins. Dining teams that fix both can step in while there is still time to act, decide based on patterns instead of opinions, and give students a reason to keep speaking up.

In this webinar, Michael Boyle, Assistant Vice President of Auxiliary and Administrative Services at Haverford College, Evan Olsen, Director, Florida Tech Campus Housing and Dining, and Brooke Gregoire, Senior Manager, Ancillary Services at the University of Guelph, show how three dining teams of very different sizes do it with TxtandTell.

The results are concrete. Florida Tech matched feedback timestamps against meal orders and brought a late-night wait down from about 90 minutes to 45 to 50. Haverford replies to students, even when the answer is no, and changed its hours and added a Bowl station based on what students said. At Guelph, unit managers and chefs get real-time alerts to fix issues during service, and digital screens and Instagram show students that their feedback is used.

Whatever the size of your campus, you’ll leave with practical ways to make feedback easy to give, get it to the people who can act on it, and show students what changed.
